Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Orders ship within 1-10 business days after payment
- Items shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail
- Tracking provided within 24 hours of shipment
- Combined shipping available for multiple items
- Insurance included on items over $100

Packaging
- All items are carefully wrapped with primarily recycled materials
- Bubble wrap and other protective materials used as needed
- Double-boxed packaging for fragile items
- Eco-friendly materials used when possible

 International Shipping
- Not available at this time

Lost or Damaged Items
- All items photographed before shipping
- Insurance claims assisted if damage occurs in transit
- Proof of damage must be provided within 48 hours of delivery
- Claims processed within 10 business days

Additional Notes
- Local pickup available in San Francisco area
- Special handling requests accommodated when possible
- Signature confirmation available upon request
- Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted seasonally
